We are sure that you will like the quality of our jewellery however in the event that you are not completely satisfied we can offer a full refund or exchange as long as the item is returned within 30 days of shipment.
All returned items must be in their original condition and include any documentation and presentation box that was originally sent to you.

Where the goods are faulty the full cost of the purchase including postage will be refunded to you plus the cost of any additional postage. The credit card that was used to make the purchase will be credited with the full amount. Where the goods are returned for reasons other that faulty goods the value of the postage will not be refunded.

If you would like to return any item in exchange for another item we will credit you for the returned item and you may apply this credit against any other purchase.

To Ireland

Free shipping on all purchases. All items will be shipped using An Post registered post. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to track the package.

To rest of the world

For international deliveries your item will be delivered by registered post however for higher value items we will ship by Fedex.

Our standard delivery time is 2 weeks, however some items will take longer particularly custom items and we advise you to contact us at ian@maliere.com to request a delivery date.

Paypal is our preferred partner to receive payment through, from you. You do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment, Palpal accepts credit cards from none Paypal account holders. If you do have a Paypal account you can sign in from the payment page and make the payment from your paypal account. If you do not wish to use our online payment method, you can call us for an offline payment which will be processed via Paypal.
