Engagement Rings

Engagement rings are presented by a man to a woman during the marriage proposal. It is worn on the second finger of the left hand. It represents their commitment to be married. The style of the ring varies but usually contains diamonds, be it a single diamond, 3 diamonds in a row or 5 diamonds in a row. A modern engagement ring may also have diamonds set into the shoulder of the ring.
